Avenue D: dangerous or delightful? Find out for yourself! The Girls Club will staff a booth providing free walking tour maps and information about art on Avenue D. Visitors will be invited to view the Lower Eastside Girls Club Art+Community Gallery on 8th Street and Avenue D. There they will see a photo exhibition by local artists and students shot in the Alphabet City region. Avenue D is no longer invisible—we’re putting the “D” in IDEAS City!
