Elastic City: Willing Participant

With support from the New Museum Education Department, Elastic City has launched the pilot of Willing Participant (willingparticipant.org). On Sunday April 28 from 12–4 p.m., the public was invited to dissect and unravel the news of the day.
Elastic City has crafted these ideas into a poetic response to be performed on Saturday May 4 within the footprint of IDEAS CITY. Meet on the southeast corner of Chrystie Street and Stanton Street. Visit Willing Participant for more information.
Willing Participant whips up urgent poetic responses to crazy shit that happens. It is an all-volunteer project created by members of Elastic City.
