Birdbath created by City Bakery is considered one of the leading baked-good proprietors in the city. More recently, City Bakery has expanded with several storefront satellite operations branded as Birdbath created by City Bakery. Their products–like their pretzel croissant and chocolate chip cookies–are widely sought after, and their reasonable prices make them even more appealing. Customer service is a critically important part of City Bakery's business and they are also environmentally conscious, as they focus on locally grown food and are on the forefront of green practices. Birdbath may be entered without paying admission to the Museum, and also offers take-out service. All major credit cards are accepted.
